Exercise Injuries

More and people are exercising outside since COVID. And that is a great thing!

Unfortunately, many of us are finding that our bodies are not as spry and nimble as they were the last time we regularly exercised, how many years ago? I am seeing people running with uneven steps (limping), stopping to rub sore backs or necks, pulling muscles, straining knees and ankles.

Exercise SHOULD NOT HURT. It should be enjoyable. And Pain is NOT Weakness Leaving the Body. It's a Warning from the body that something is not right. Let's pay attention to those warning signs together.
